Obligatory iPhone Post
Seeing as the internet is awash with stories about the iPhone, I figured I should jot down a few notes to join the crowd.
It won’t take you long on Google to find pictures (and probably video by now) of people pulling a brand new iPhone apart, which seems to be this years cliche; Everytime some new gadget comes out, someone pulls it apart, especially if its an Apple gadget.
The good news for Apple is that users who are actually using the thing are reporting that it really does work well, and really is easy to use, and really is, well, a great new product.
BWM have already announced they will be introducing cars with full iPhone integration. I’m sure plent of other car markers will follow suit. Its a pity competition tends to preclude cooperation, which could see some sort of dock standard emerge so your new car would accept any phone you might want to purchase. Oh well, I can dream can’t I?
All I can say is I hope that by the time it gets down under, the price drops considerably.
